Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may call us and we will take the information over the telephone.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Postage costs will be passed on to customers for deliveries to UK Mainland on the following basis:
Orders £0.00 - £19.99 £2.99 postage
Orders £20.00- £99.99 £4.99 postage
Orders over £100 free postage
For UK Mainland next day delivery the cost would be £7.99. If you would like us to use this service please email us and this will be added to your order. In order to guarantee a next day delivery we should have the order by 1pm
All the above postage charges are inclusive of VAT at 20%

Delivery Schedule
Despatch of goods will normally be within 3 working days (with exceptions at Christmas) and will be via courier services available. A next day service is available at extra cost
You must inform us within fifteen working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security

Guarantee
If your purchase is not to your satisfaction, you can return it within 15 days of the date of despatch, with your receipt, but it must be in the original intact packaging. We ensure that all items leaving the shop are in good order and are packaged securely.

With regard to non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from date of order in case it has been delayed. If it has not arrived by then, please contact us by phone with specific details of your purchase, ie order number.
